With a nurturing personality and hands-on approach towards learning, we are thrilled to have Tonya Osland as a part of our team. She has 25 years of child care experience and is a graduate of Western Carolina University where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education and Level III Administration credentials, which is the highest level of certification in the state of North Carolina.  Before becoming the Regional Director of all four of our locations in 2018, she had 10 years of childcare management experience. Tonya is also apart of the Catawba County Partnership for Children as well as the NC Pre-K Committee.
